Prabha Shankar is a finance professional with over 22 years of experience spanning industry and education. Her expertise covers audit and assurance, Trust Fund accounting, pension administration, and treasury operations.
Formerly an Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, she has extensive experience auditing listed companies and leading due diligence and internal audit assignments across multiple sectors.
At the World Bank Group, Prabha held key roles in Trust Fund and Treasury Accounting, collaborating with donor countries and managing teams in the Treasury Department.
For the past 13 years, she has been a dedicated educator — mentoring students across ACCA, CA, and CMA at top institutions including Christ University, Jain University, and Mount Carmel College.
